Approve a Purchase & Sale Agreement for the purchase of vacant\nland located South of Arrow Blvd between Tokay Avenue and Citrus\nAvenue in the city of Fontana, more specifically described as APNs\n#0232-201-012, 0232-201-013 in the amount of $3,040,000 plus\ninterest.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents necessary or\nappropriate to effectuate said approvals and/or Purchase & Sale\nAgreement.\n3.
