8. Approve Agreement for Contract Services to conduct a Brand Assessment, Design, and Rollout\nin an amount not to exceed $85,250\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve a one-time fee of $85,250 for consultant to conduct\nresearch, develop strategy, design identity, create a digital toolkit, and develop a launch plan to\nupgrade the City's branding; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Contract Services\nAgreement, and; 3. Authorize the necessary budgetary adjustments.
