Approve Resolution No. 2023-096, declaring that the City-owned\nproperty on Foothill Blvd, east of Almond Avenue (Assessor’s Parcel\nNumber 0230-051-03) is “Surplus Land” pursuant to the Surplus Land\nAct, Government Code Section 54220 Et Seq.; and approving the form of\nNotice of Availability.\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee(s) to take all actions\nnecessary or appropriate to comply with the Surplus Land Act.
