Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 18 in\na not-to-exceed amount of $266,446.00 with TKE Engineering, Inc. for\nEngineering Design Services for the Courtplace Housing Development\nProject (Infrastructure Improvements) Request for Proposals SQ-87-DE-\n19-58.\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any future\namendments to the Task Order.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements,\nutility easements, and any related items on behalf of the City of Fontana\nfor the Courtplace Housing Development Project (Infrastructure\nImprovements).
