Approves the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for Public\nImprovements for Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No. 2021-0004, 1540\nMint Avenue, Engineering Job No. 3807;\n2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreements and related\ndocumentation; and\n3. Authorizes the City Clerk to release bonds after completion of\nimprovements.
