Determines that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines sections\n15301 and 15302; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\na. Approve Plans and Specifications for Stoney’s Neighborhood\nPark Fitness Equipment & Playground Resurfacing Re-Bid, Bid\nNo. 008-24; and\nb. Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder,\nWestern State Builders, Inc., in the amount of $269,471.96.
