4. Award of SOQ No. 007-24 – On-Call Professional Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines the list of qualified firms to provide professional services is\nexempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality\nAct in accordance with section 15378(b)(2) of the CEQA Guidelines;\nand\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to award a pre-qualified list of\nfirms for SOQ No. 007-24 – On-Call Professional Services for a two-\nyear term, with up to three additional one-year renewal options.
