13. Contract Amendment for Bid No. 010-20 – Street Striping & Removal\nServices\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines that the project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with section\n15301(c) of the CEQA Guidelines; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to increase the Street Striping &\nRemoval Services multi-year contract in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$95,236.33.
