TMP-1977 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-9208 - DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE\nACTING CITY MANAGER TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE PAD M\nDEVELOPMENT PROJECT (573 GRAND AVENUE), AND TO\nNEGOTIATE, FINALIZE, AND EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND ALL\nRELATED DOCUMENTS SHOULD NEGOTIATIONS RESULT IN\nMUTUALLY ACCEPTABLE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AND\nFURTHER DELEGATING TO THE ACTING CITY MANAGER AND CITY\nENGINEER THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROJECT\nRecommendation: ADOPT a resolution delegating authority to the Acting City Manager to award a contract\nfor the Pad M Development Project (573 Grand Avenue) and to negotiate, finalize, and\nexecute the contract and all related documents provided negotiations result in mutually\nacceptable contract documents, and further delegating to the Acting City Manager and\nCity Engineer the authority to approve plans and specifications for said project.\nAttachments: PAD M Contract Reso\nORAL COMMUNICATIONS\nSpeakers are limited to five minutes.
