3.7 Westminster Housing Authority Annual Report and Senate Bill 341 Report for Fiscal\nYear 2022-2023.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Chair and Authority Board Members:\nA. Approve the Housing Authority Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, which also\nserves as the compliance document for Senate Bill 341; and\nB. Authorize the transmittal of the report to the California Department of Housing and\nCommunity Development as required by State law; and\nC.
