Acceptance of the 2022‐2023 Resurfacing Program: Residential Resurfacing Project – Phase II;\nP‐1043\nDepartment: Engineering\nRecommendation: (1) Ratify changes to the original scope of work and accept the improvements\nand maintenance responsibilities for the constructed improvements of the 2022‐2023\nResurfacing Program: Residential Resurfacing Project – Phase II; (2) approve the final\nconstruction project amount of $399,561.59 under the construction contract with Vance\nCorporation; (3) approve final construction management and inspection services contract with\nFCG Consultants in the amount of $76,266.06; (4) authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of\nCompletion; and (5) authorize the Finance Director to release the 5% retention amount for the\nconstruction project.
