H. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE\nAGREEMENT NO. A9092 WITH ALCLEAR, LLC DBA CLEAR AT THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement No.\nA9092 (Attachment A) with Alclear, LLC dba CLEAR to increase the terminal leased\nspace commencing on April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024, at a monthly rental\nrate of $7,559.56.\n2. Authorize the Airport Executive Director to approve up to one one-year extension\ncommencing on April 1, 2024, if mutually agreed upon.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or City Manager Designee to execute all documents.
