E. ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEMUTH COMMUNITY CENTER LIFE SAFETY\nIMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 AND AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATION, CITY\nPROJECT NO. 19-14\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept the public works improvement, identified as the Demuth Community Center\nEgress & HVAC Improvements, City Project 19-14, as completed in accordance with\nthe plans and specifications.\n2.
