F. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 23E111 WITH 4LEAF, INC. FOR\nINTERIM CITY BUILDING OFFICIAL AND PLAN REVIEW SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 23E111 with 4Leaf, Inc., to provide\ncontinued interim building official and plan review services in an additional amount\nof $100,000 for a total revised contract amount not to exceed $214,400.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
