3.2 Update on Business Registrations: Fee Holiday and Audit\nPresented By: Kimberly Davidson , Economic Development Department\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that City Council continue with the Business Registration audit,\nbut also impose an Administrative Citation as per Chapter 1.16.080 of the\nWildomar Municipal Code as a penalty for continued non-compliance. The\nAdministrative Citation is listed as the penalty for Business Registration violation in\nChapter 5.68.160 of the WMC.
