6. Authorize the Acceptance of California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Motorcycle Safety\nEducation and Training Program Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-146 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA\nOFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) MOTORCYCLE SAFETY EDUCATION AND\nTRAINING PROGRAM GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,000 AND AMENDING THE\nFY 2023-24 OPERATING BUDGET TO INCREASE REVENUE ESTIMATES AND\nAPPROPRIATIONS BY $24,000\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report- OTS Motorcycle Safety\nAttachment No. 1 - Reso. 2023-146\nAttachment No. 2 - Grant Agreement
