Authorize the Acceptance of California office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Pedestrian and\nBicycle Safety Grant\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-145 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA\nOFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE SAFETY GRANT IN\nTHE AMOUNT OF $43,787 AND AMENDING THE FY 2023-24 OPERATING\nBUDGET TO INCREASE REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY\n$43,787\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report- OTS Bike Ped Grant\nAttachment No. 1 - Reso. 2023-145\nAttachment No. 2 - Grant Agreement
