10. Riverpath Del Mar Extension Project Phase 3 Design Review and\nAuthorization to Apply for State and County Grants\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Review the\ndesign for the Riverpath Del Mar Extension Project Phase 3 (Attachment A) and\ndirect staff to return to the Council for final design and necessary permit\napprovals; 2) Adopt a Resolution (Attachment B) approving the submittal of an\napplication for grant funds from the State of California Wildlife Conservation to\nsupplement the cost of construction; 3) Adopt a Resolution (Attachment C)\napproving the submittal of an application for grant funds from the State Coastal\nConservancy to supplement the cost of construction; 4) Adopt a Resolution\n(Attachment D) approving the submittal of applications for the San Diego County\nBoard of Supervisors Neighborhood Reinvestment Program Grant and\nCommunity Enhancement Grant programs to supplement the cost of\nconstruction; and 5) Authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary\ndocuments.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 803-3
