1.6 AUTHORIZE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT – CONSULTING FOR\nEMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nStaff recommendation: Adopt a resolution that will approve and authorize a professional\nservices agreement to Jacob Green and Associates for monthly, all-inclusive emergency\nmanagement support services for a period of 18 months at a cost not to exceed $135,000,\nauthorize Jacob Green & Associates to prepare an updated Emergency Operations Plan at a\ncost not to exceed $35,000, and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary agreement\ndocuments in a form approved by the City Attorney.
