Conduct the annual review of Development\nAgreements between the City and the following parties: a) USA Portola\nProperties, LLC (“Baldwin”); b) Landsea Holdings (“Landsea”); c) Lennar\nHomes (“Lennar”); d) Shea Homes (“Shea”); e) Toll Brothers West, Inc.\n(“Toll Brothers”). 2. Find that Baldwin, Landsea, Lennar, Shea, and Toll\nBrothers are each in good faith compliance with their respective\nDevelopment Agreements.
