18. Dispatch Services – La Habra Police Department - Approve the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding between the City of Brea and the City of La Habra to assist with dispatch\nservices and training of La Habra Police Dispatchers. There is no fiscal impact on the City of\nBrea. The City of Brea shall invoice the City of La Habra for any shifts worked, and the City of\nLa Habra has agreed to reimburse the City of Brea at the current rate for shifts worked.
