4.7 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE CITY HALL AND BELL TOWER\nREGIONAL COMMUNITY CENTER HVAC INTERIOR CONTROLS\nREPLACEMENT - ARPA PROJECT (Dugan)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the City Hall and Bell Tower Regional\nCommunity Center HVAC Interior Controls Replacement – ARPA\nProject; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County\nof Orange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days\nafter the Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop\nNotices have been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 4.7\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
