6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE WILSON STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,23-1363\nCITY PROJECT NO. 22-01\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Accept the work performed by All American Asphalt, Inc., 400 East Sixth\nStreet, Corona, California 92879 for the Wilson Street Improvement Project,\nCity Project No. 22-01, and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of\nCompletion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention monies thirty-five (35)\ndays after the Notice of Completion filing date; release the Labor and\nMaterial Bond seven (7) months after the filing date; and release the Faithful\nPerformance Bond one (1) year after the filing date.\nAttachments: 1.
