9. Approval of Amendment No. 3 to the On-Call Professional Services\nAgreement with Ardurra Group, Inc. for the Golden Lantern Median\nModifications at Serenity Lane Project\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to the On-Call Professional Services Agreement\nwith Ardurra Group, Inc. to provide engineering design services for the\nGolden Lantern Median Modifications at Serenity Lane Project for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $54,820;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 10% contingency of the total contract in the\namount of $5,482 for unforeseen conditions or extra work and authorize the\nPublic Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $60,302 if needed; and,\n3.
