14.i Proposed 1st Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with PCAM, 147\nLLC (dba Parking Company of America) to Include On-Call Fleet Maintenance\nand Repair Services to the Existing Transit Operations Services for Covina\nDial-A-Ride Program\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to amend the existing contract with PCAM,\nLLC (dba Parking Company of America), for Transit Operations Services for\nthe addition of On-Call Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services, in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $230,000 annually for FY 2024 thru FY 2025, with an option for\ntwo additional one-year terms upon the mutual agreement of both parties,\nsubject to City Council authorization; and\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2023-94 appropriating $230,000 of funds from\navailable Central Equipment Fund Balance.
