IN CONNECTION WITH THAT\nCERTAIN 2011 DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT\nAGREEMENT (DDA) FOR THE WIN CHEVROLET\nDEALERSHIP PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2201 E.\n223RD STREET (SUCCESSOR AGENCY)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE the Assignment/ Assumption Agreement; and\n2.
