14.e Minor Construction and Maintenance Services Agreement with Eagle Signs, 49\nInc. to Replace the Covina Performing Arts Center’s Digital Marquee Sign\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary contracts and\ndocuments with Eagle Signs, Inc. to replace the inoperative digital marquee\nsign at the Covina Performing Arts Center with a new high-resolution light\nemitting diode (LED) marquee;\n2. Adopt Resolution CC 2023-92 to amend the FY 2023-2024 Capital\nImprovement Program Budget and transfer $85,413.68 from the General Fund\ninto the Covina Theater budget for project construction; and\n3. Authorize a 10% ($8,542) contingency amount from available Measure CC\nFund Balance to be transferred into the Covina Theater budget for unforeseen\nconditions identified during project construction.
