BID & PURCHASE - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ALBERT A.\nWEBB ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE WATER\nRECLAMATION FACILITY NO. 2 LIFT STATION AND SIERRA DEL ORO LIFT\nSTATION GENERATOR REPLACEMENT PROJECTS\nAgenda\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Albert A. Webb Associates for\nthe design and engineering services for Water Reclamation Facility No. 2 and\nSierra Del Oro Lift Station Generator Replacement Capital Improvement Projects,\nNo. UT-2023-12 and UT-2023-10, for a term of two (2) years from September\n20, 2023, through June 30, 2025, in the amount of $343,160.\nb. Award Request for Proposal 23-059RH to Albert A. Webb Associates for design\nand engineering services for the Water Reclamation Facility No. 2 and Sierra Del\nOro Lift Station Generators Replacement Capital Improvement Projects, No. UT-\n2023-12 and UT-2023-10; and waive any and all minor irregularities in the\nproposal.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services\nAgreement with Albert A. Webb Associates in the amount of $343,160,\nincluding any non-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and\namendments up to the amount authorized in Corona Municipal Code Section\n3.08.070(I), which is equivalent to 10% or $34,316.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
