Award a construction contract for the FY 2022-23 Safe Routes\nto School Project (CS01E) to Miramar General Engineering.\nEnvironmental Considerations: The action being considered\nby the City Council is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301\n(c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This section exempts projects\ncharacterized as minor alterations to public facilities, involving\nnegligible or no expansion of the existing use.
