6. Accept Completed Improvements and Authorize Close-Out of Project\nExpenditures for Maintenance Work at the Homeless Housing Family Site\nProject (Serenity Homes) Consisting of Material and Equipment\nProcurements, and Construction Work\nIt is Staff's recommendation that the City Council: 1. Approve final\nexpenditures for improvements for contract services from: a. Greg Ruvalo\n(Contractor) for a total amount of $ 38,314.00 consisting of: i. Installation\nof a glass sliding door in the amount of $2,660.00 ii. Installation of an\naccess platform-and-step system in the amount of $13,080.00. iii. Perform\nroofing upgrades to an existing building in the amount of $15,280.00. iv.\nInstallation of an entry gate security system in the amount of $7,294.00;\nand b. Ram Construction and Fencing LLC for the purchase and\ninstallation of a glass French door in the amount of $12,250.00; and c.\nPedroza Concrete Systems Inc. for the repair and installation of epoxy\nflooring in the amount of $13,200.00; and d. ConvergeOne for\nprocurement and installation of security cameras in the amount of\n$18,447.55; and 2. Approve final expenditures for materials procurement\nand placement for: a. Uline, Inc. for purchase of furniture and tables in the\namount of $7,559.25; and 3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make\nnecessary budget adjustments and authorize the Director of Public Works\nto process invoices including reimbursement request made to SGVRHT\nfor qualified expenses.\nSTAFF REPORT
