7. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with RailPros Rail\nEngineers for Construction Management and Inspection Services for City\nProject No. CIP 20-31 -Traffic Signal and Rail Crossing Safety\nImprovements at Pacific Avenue and Bogart Avenue.\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposal from RailPros in the amount of $ 293,090.85\nfor construction management and inspection services for City\nProject No. CIP 20-31; and,\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to drawdown and appropriate\n$323,400.00 from the Measure M Bond Proceeds Fund No. 660 to\nFund No. 255 to cover the cost; and,\n3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) for Construction Management and\nInspection Services for City Project No. CIP 20-31.\nSTAFF REPORT
