Conduct a public hearing and accept public testimony on the\nProgram Year (PY) 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual\nPerformance Evaluation Report (CAPER).\nB. Approve the PY 2022-2023 CAPER.\nC. Authorize the Town Manager or his designee to submit the PY\n2022-2023 CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and\nUrban Development (HUD), along with any public testimony and\nchanges thereto as directed by the Town Council.
