CIP\nPROJECT NO. 4011.68.119\nComments:\nOn August 28, 2023 the City received two proposals for the replacement of the apparatus\nbay concrete floor and replacement of the gate at Los Angeles County Fire Station 147.\nDreamwork Engineering and Construction Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder at\n$84,840.00 for the replacement of the apparatus bay concrete floor and gate at Fire\nStation 147. (PW)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A\nCONTRACT TO DREAMWORK ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION INC. IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $84,840.00 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE APPARATUS BAY\nCONCRETE FLOOR AND GATE AT LOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT\nFIRE STATION 147; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE\nAGREEMENT AMENDMENTS RELATED TO THE PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE\nMAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.”
