10.1 Adopt Interim Urgency Ordinance No. XXXX establishing a 45-day Moratorium on\nthe Establishment, Expansion, or Modification of Warehouses, Distribution Plants,\nTruck Storage Facilities and Related Uses within the City of Lynwood\nComments:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review and adopt the attached ordinance entitled:\n“AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A 45-DAY MORATORIUM ON THE\nESTABLISHMENT, EXPANSION, OR MODIFICATION OF WAREHOUSES,\nDISTRIBUTION PLANTS, TRUCK STORAGE FACILITIES AND RELATED USES THAT\nARE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD”. (CD)\nStaff also recommends that the City Council Finds that the adoption of the Urgency\nOrdinance is not a "project" under CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5) or is otherwise\nexempt under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) or 15308\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council review and adopt the attached ordinance entitled:\n“AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A 45-DAY MORATORIUM ON THE\nESTABLISHMENT, EXPANSION, OR MODIFICATION OF WAREHOUSES,\n4\nDISTRIBUTION PLANTS, TRUCK STORAGE FACILITIES AND RELATED USES THAT\nARE LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD”.
