G. Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Data Ticket, Inc. for Parking Enforcement Equipment, Technologies,\nand Services to the City - That City Council adopt Resolution 7449: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement dated\nDecember 9, 2019 (“Agreement”), between the City of Seal Beach and Data\nTicket, Inc. (“Data Ticket”) for certain parking enforcement equipment,\ntechnologies, and services to the City, extending the term of the Agreement to\nand including December 9, 2023 on the same terms and conditions, and\nfinding that Data Ticket waived its right to thirty (30) days’ prior notice of City’s\noption to extend the Agreement; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City\nManager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing\nthe City Manager, the option to extend the Agreement up to one additional\none year term, on the same terms and conditions.
