H. City Council Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Passport Labs, Inc. for Parking Enforcement Equipment,\nTechnologies and Services to the City - That City Council adopt Resolution\n7450: 1. Approving the Second Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement dated February 12, 2018, as previously amended by the First\nAmendment dated May 17, 2019 (collectively the “Agreement”), between the\nCity of Seal Beach and Passport Labs, Inc., for certain parking enforcement\nequipment, technologies, and services to the City, extending the term of the\nAgreement through February 12, 2024 on the same terms and conditions as\nthe Agreement; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager, or her\ndesignee, to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement; and, 3.\nAuthorizing the City Manager to extend the Agreement for an additional one\n(1) year term beginning February 12, 2024 through February 12, 2025 on the\nsame terms and conditions as the Agreement.
