J. Notice of Completion for the Seal Beach Pier Emergency Pier Repair, CIP\nEM2023 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7452: 1. Accepting the Seal\nBeach Pier Emergency Pier Repair, CIP EM2023, by Jilk Heavy Construction,\nInc., in the amount of $1,265,484.08; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a\n“Notice of Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen\n(15) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35)\ndays after recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims\nbeing filed on the Project.
