G Consideration and possible action to award a contract to FS Contractors,\nInc. for the Construction of the City-Owned Parking Lot at 9817 Arkansas\nStreet (Specifications No. 22/23-03); and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute a contract with FS Contractors, Inc., in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was\ndetermined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303\n(Class 1 – Existing Facilities).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Award a contract to FS Contractors for the\nProject and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with FS Contractors,\nin a form approved by the City Attorney; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other\naction related to this item.
