4.9 Countywide Signal Synchronization Baseline Project Cooperative\nAgreement\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve the “Countywide Signal\nSynchronization Baseline Project Cooperative Agreement” with minor edits as\nmay be required by the City Attorney; 2) Find that environmental review is not\nrequired under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the\nCalifornia Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Section 15301(c), and;\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
