I Consideration and possible action to award a contract to Elecnor Belco\nElectric, Inc. for the New Traffic Signal Installation on Bellflower Boulevard\nat Cedar Street (Specifications No. 22/23-04); and authorize the City Manager\nto execute a contract with Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney.______________________________________\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was\ndetermined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303\n(Class 3 – New Construction of Conversion of Existing Small Structures).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Award a contract to Belco for the Project and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Belco, in a form approved\nby the City Attorney; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to\nthis item.\n14 CONSENT CALENDAR – Continued
