CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO FORM THE SIDEWALK\nVENDING AD HOC COMMITTEE AND MAKE APPOINTMENTS\nConsider the adoption of a Resolution to form a new Sidewalk Vending Ad Hoc Committee and\nappointments for purpose of addressing current and future concerns associated with unpermitted\n5\nsidewalk vending and compliance options.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council approve the attached resolution and appoint two\nCouncil members, subject to such direction as may be provided by the City Council.
