12. APPROVAL OF CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BRIGHTVIEW GOLF\nMAINTENANCE, INC. FOR BELL GARDENS GOLF COURSE LANDSCAPE AND\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES\nAdoption of a Resolution and approval of a Contract Services Agreement with Brightview Golf\nMaintenance, Inc. for a three-year term with the option of two one-year extensions.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion:\n1. Adopt the attached resolution; and\n2.
