INDOOR MURAL ARTWORK APPROVAL FOR VETERANS PARK ADMINISTRATION\nBUILDING HALLWAY\nStaff is looking for Council's approval for an indoor mural at the Bell Gardens Veterans Park\nAdministration building.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion select and approve an art concept for\nthe indoor mural to be painted at Veterans Park Administration Building Hallway, subject to\nagreement from the Latino Equality Alliance that the City will not be held responsible for any\ndamage to the mural, and that the City reserves the right to remove or modify the mural as it may\ndeem necessary, at any time, without notice.
