Accept the work completed by Hitt Construction Company, Inc.\nas part of the James Woody Park Restroom Replacement\nproject for a total contract cost of $240,325.00\nB. Direct the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion for the\ncontract work.\nC. Direct the Finance Director to release the retained funds 30 days\nafter the Notice of Completion has been filed, provided no claims\nare filed against the contractor.\nD. Approve Budget Amendment No. 2023-02 allocating $50,000\nfrom Quimby Funds to cover additional work being completed at\nJames Woody Park.
