Approve the First Amendment to Software Services Agreement with Power Market Consulting,\nInc., in an amount not to exceed $84,000, for a one year extension of the agreement under its\nexisting terms and conditions for high voltage transmission software analytics database and\nrelated services; authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees, to execute the\nFirst Amendment and related documents and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the amendment.
