Accept the bid from Freshmobileca LLC, in the amount of $41,470, to provide onsite vehicle\nwashing services at various City designated locations for a one year period with up to four one-\nyear optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal options in\naccordance with Bid #9710.
