Accept the bid from Greater Southern California Towing, Inc., in the amount of $107,410, to\nprovide as needed towing services for city-owned vehicles for a one year period with up to four\none-year optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to exercise the renewal\noptions in accordance with Bid #9711.
