Deny the administrative charge filed by Ms. Cari McCormick with the California\nCivil Rights Department, naming as respondents the California Public\nEmployee’s Retirement System, Lake County, and the State of California.\n2. Authorize the City Attorney to send the related Notice of Denial of the Claim\non behalf of the City of Villa Park.
