7. City Hall Holiday Closures.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve the observance of the\n2023 Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve municipal holidays and the resulting\nclosure of City Hall on the respective Tuesdays (December 26th and January 2nd)\nafter the Christmas Day and New Year’ Day Monday holidays. Further, direct City\nstaff to immediately post the Holiday Schedule on the City web-site and at City\nHall, and to notify City residents electronically via Feeder mailings.
