4.5 Retirement Plan Consulting Services Agreement with Shuster Advisory\nGroup, LLC, for Defined Contribution Plan Consulting and Investment\nFiduciary Services\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Retirement Plan Services\nAgreement with Shuster Advisory Group, LLC for defined contribution plan\nconsulting and investment fiduciary services (Attachment 1);\n2) Approve the consolidation of the 457(b), 401(a), Retirement Health Savings\n(RHS) and Part-Time, Temporary and Seasonal (PTS) record keeping services to a\nsingle provider, MissionSquare;\n3\nCity of Laguna Hills City Council/Planning Agency Tuesday, January 10, 2023\nRegular Meeting Agenda\n3) Adopt a Resolution entitled: "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nLaguna Hills, California Authorizing the Transition of the City's Defined\nContribution Plan for Eligible Employees from Public Agency Retirement to the\nICMA Retirement Corporation Governmental Profit-Sharing Plan & Trust."\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary service provider\nagreements related to the administration of the defined contribution plans; and\n5) Appoint the City Manager as the contract administrator for the City's 457(b),\n401(a), Retirement Health Savings (RHS) and Part-Time, Temporary and Seasonal\n(PTS) defined contribution plans.
